Refund & return policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used skincare products
Gift cards or promotional items
Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable at checkout
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@azaleass.com with the following information:
Your full name
Order number
Reason for the return
Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address if your return is approved.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@azaleass.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
